Are you a person that can’t wake up early as i was? I’ve got some tips to help you waking up early in the morning. Waking up early is a very good habit to have. You have more time for you and other thing that must be done throughout the day. An interesting fact is that the most successful people tend to wake up at 4-5:30 am, some examples are : Bill Gates, Will Smith, Mark Zuckenberg, Cristiano Ronaldo and many more… Some people say that waking up early is one of the keys to be successful. And it is! I’m not saying that you need to wake up early to be successful, but it will definitely help you! 🙂
Here are the tips:
- Here it comes again.. You must go earlier to bed. For some people that’s impossible but it will help you the most to wake up early. Some people have problems that they can’t fall asleep but that’s only because you are not used to that. Try to workout or do some stuff that will tire you and you will fall asleep in no time.
- Turn off your mobile phones and all the tech stuff half an hour before going to sleep. You must kinda “prepare” your brain to sleep. In the meantime you can reed a book.
- Drink a glass of water before going to sleep. It will help you to stay hidrated during the night.
- When you wake up have another glass of water nearby, that will help you to stay awake and not to fall asleep again.
- Get up immediately when you hear the alarm, if you fall asleep again it’s hard to believe that you will wake and get up early.
- Put your alarm on the other side of the room. We are doing this only because of tip number 5. 🙂
- Prepare your breakfast, your clothes to wear and other stuff that you will need throughout the day an evening before. We all wake up like zombies in the morning, and we hate the whole world the first 5 minutes so better prepare your stuff a day before. 🙂
